Fulfill your dreams, achieve success, pursue your passion!

Let me ask you;
What do you think determines success? What is your current mindset and is it helping or hurting your current success? Have you heard about growth mindset?
What do you think determines success? Why?
Success doesn't just show up out of nowhere, and in the end are you really successful? Things are constantly changing, new rules, new ways to do things, new ideas. For me to determine success falls onto every individual person. They have goals, their dreams, their life they live and how they want to have their success. If someone is self fulfilled, they are truly happy and content with where they placed, or how they scored is there success. We are all different and unique.
The speaker believes a growth mindset promotes success. Do you agree or disagree? Why?
I understand and to an extent agree to what he is saying about growth mind sets. To me I feel like its a fine line that a lot of us, most of us have a hard time setting that boarder. Fixed Mindset is most active when they are getting information on how they preformed and how they are judged.
Growth Mindsets are active when they are getting feed back on how they can do better next time.
I would honestly think I would enjoy both, I would like to be told how well i preformed. If I did not do very well and everyone knew it. That is where you follow it up with feed back on what how to do better next time. If I always heard what I could do better, of course I would push myself to be the best, but I would think to myself maybe I am really not that good.
How would you define your current mindset? Is your current mindset helping or hurting your success?
I am split, I do not believe I am fully fixed nor do I have a growth mind set, My brain is constantly changing and I am learning new things all the time. I know in my head that I will not win everything, and that is just fine, you get back up, train and learn from what you were lacking on and try again.
